THE VICTORY LOGS
“Before working with Cassie, I was recovering from a knee injury and felt incredibly discouraged. She designed a custom plan that was both safe and effective, focusing on strengthening the muscles around my knee. Now I’m not only almost pain-free but I am stronger and just completed running the 2025 Queen Bee half-marathon! Cassie’s patience, knowledge, and motivation truly made me believe in myself again.”

"Cassie took the time to understand my specific needs and carefully crafted a personalized workout plan for me. Every session is well-organized, challenging, and adapted to my progress. Most importantly I am no longer bored when I go to the gym! She tweaks my program as needed to keep it fun, challenging and still goal orientated. I highly recommend Cassie to anyone seeking real results in a friendly, professional and encouraging environment.”

“I am thrilled to share my experience working with Cassie. I am no stranger to a gym, but I was not showing any progress in my strength or changes to my body composition. I was getting very frustrated and bored with my workouts. I also suffer from arthritis and that has hindered my range of motion, most specifically in my shoulders, and ability to lift heavier weights. Thanks to her guidance, I have seen significant improvements in my strength, range of motion and body composition."
